Hosting Plan Agreement

This is a hosting plan agreement between (COMPANY), hereinafter referred to as Client, and J3media, Inc., hereinafter referred to as J3. Under the scope of this agreement, our firm will provide one of the following services:

• Email Only Package
• Basic Package
• Silver Package
• Gold Package

Right of Withdrawal

You, the Client, may withdraw from this agreement at any time, without cause, should you desire to do so. Please notify us in writing of your decision to withdraw. Our firm also reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement at any time, should we feel that the mutual objectives of this agreement cannot be reached, or if we feel that we cannot properly serve your request for support. Should either party withdraw from this agreement, all fees and expenses incurred to date will be billed and due payable.

Fees and Payments

Client will be billed at the start of the (BILLING INTERVAL) period beginning from the date of this engagement. Hosting will be invoiced each (BILLING INTERVAL) following that until this agreement is ended in writing. Client is responsible for payment of the (BILLING INTERVAL) fee and will be required to provide credit card information for our files.

The Client may request additional hosting services. Fees for our additional services are computed at our standard rates, plus expenses, and are based on the time our service requires.

All invoices are due and payable upon presentation. To the extent permitted by state law, a late fee of $10 will be added to all accounts not paid within thirty (30) days. A late fee of $30 will be added to all accounts not paid within sixty (60) days.

Hosting of on your site may pause until payment on invoices is received, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
